90-Day Defect Guarantee

We offer a 90-day guarantee for defective products.

If your product arrives defective or stops working due to a manufacturing issue, you may request:

• A replacement
• A refund

Eligibility

To qualify:

• The issue must be due to a defect (not misuse)
• Proof (photos/videos) may be required

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Improper use or damage caused by the user

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days

Replacements

If you choose a replacement, we will ship a new unit after verifying the defect.
